Terms and Conditions (Updated: January 31st 2020)

This website (“Site”) is provided by PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Canada Inc. (“PM-International Canada”, “we” and/or “us”) as a service to our customers (“you”). Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of this Site. PM-International Canada provides you access to this Site subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please note that your use of this Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If the terms and conditions has been updated, PM-International Canada will post the new terms and conditions on this Site and note the date that it was last updated. Your use of this Site following any such posting constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as changed.

Standard Return Policy
For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

    -   Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
    -   Products must be in good resalable condition if the reason for return is due to being unsatisfied

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
PM-International Canada reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Shipping and Handling
As PM-International Canada takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on our site, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us or the carrier to resolve.

Shipping & Handling may not be available in all areas. You'll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your Cart and during the checkout process. Shipping & Handling may be subject to change without notice.

Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer.

In-Person Pickup and Return
PM-International Canada offers pickup from our office for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. PM-International Canada will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. If you don’t pick up your order, PM-International Canada may cancel it.

Canada Shipping Only
Products purchased online from PM-International Canada will only be shipped to addresses within Canada and are subject to Canadian, U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. To purchase our products online from outside of Canada, please visit your country’s PM-International Website

Offers and Promotional Activities
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Site, certain PM-International Canada offers on products, contests, surveys and other promotional activities may be governed by specific terms and conditions that are separate from these Terms. By purchasing such products or participating in any such promotional activities, you will become subject to those specific terms and conditions, which may vary from the terms set forth herein.

Sales Tax
Goods and Services sold in Canada are subject to the Goods & Services Tax (GST) or the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). In addition, Provincial Sales Tax will be applicable to your purchase depending on the item and final destination.

If you are eligible for a tax-exemption please continue to place your order. Then, simply mail or fax us a photocopy of your tax-exempt card. We will adjust your account to ensure that you are not charged for taxes that do not apply.

You will be able to see your total tax amount in our online checkout process prior to submitting your order.<

Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The goods remain the property of PM-International Canada until they have been fully paid for by you.

Autoship Subscriptions
3-month Autoship allows you to spread the price of your purchase over several monthly payments. All products ordered will be delivered and once and the balance owing will be charged in three (3) equal payments in 30-day intervals after the date of purchase. Your autoship order of the same products and quantity will renew every three (3) months unless canceled.
1-month autoships allows you to purchase products on a recurring subscription. Your order will be changed and delivered in full on the first month and will review every subsequent month, unless candled.
PM-International Canada reserves the right to restrict or limit orders billed on Autoship installments. Autoships are only available on revolving credit cards. When PayPal, pre-paid credit cards, stored value credit cards, gift credit cards, secured credit cards and debit-credit cards are tendered, orders must be paid in full at time of shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform PM-International Canada if the credit card provided for Autoships has expired, is cancelled, or if the credit card will not authorize.
TSC may restrict all future purchases if an Autoship installment cannot be charged to your credit card the day it is due.

Both 1-month and 3-month autoship can be canceled at any time for any reason. Should you cancel your 3-month autoship, you will be only billed the remaining balance of the current autoship, if applicable.

Credit Card Purchases
You authorize PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Canada Inc. to charge your credit card for agreed upon purchases and any subsequent charges for autoships, if applicable. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, music clips, downloads, icons, photographs, programs, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are subject to intellectual property rights, including without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, copyrights and trade-marks, owned by or licensed to PM-International Canada. and are protected by Canadian, U.S. and international copyright laws.

Statement of Typical Participant’s Earnings
The primary source of income of a typical participant in the Compensation Plan of PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Canada Inc. is from compensation on personal and downline sales of products and/or services. Personal earnings will vary. A typical participant in the Plan earns up to CDN$2,000 annually.

Please note that these earnings are estimates and have been derived from the Company’s affiliated company in Germany, which operates similar and comparable compensation plans, selling comparable products in Germany.
