Workout routine

Not sure how to start? We have teamed up with one of Los Angeles’s hottest fitness trainers, Stephen Cain, to bring you high-quality workouts and guide you on your fitness journey.

Try out some of the fitness levels, and see how you get on with it. If it’s too easy, move on to the next level. If it’s too hard, shift down a gear. We recommend 2 workouts per week with one HIIT session or 3 workouts per week with one HIIT session for an extra boost.

Beginner

If this is your first time, we recommend you start with a beginner’s workout. Try this for the first week, and see how you get on.

Intermediate

Do you already get that occasional training in, and now you are ready for a more intense exercise routine?

Advanced

Do you have a regular workout routine? Challenge yourself on a whole new level and let our pros get you out of breath.

HIIT trainings

High Intensity Interval Training – one of the most effective ways to lose weight.

Warm-up

Warming up before a workout can improve your performance and reduce injury risk during training sessions. A warm-up will pay off in the long run as it prepares you both physically and mentally for the exercises. It’s the little things that make the difference!

Stretching

Making sure your muscles are loose and flexible is vital to your agility, performance, and protection from injury. Integrating a stretching routine into your workout will help you on your fitness journey!
